Anyway, had abt an hr briefing session with e HR Manager.
She brief me on the Co. benefits and all.
The Co. benefits is GOOD.
Should not reveal anything here.
Is confidential. :D
But, i shall share just 1.
Just 1 very cute benefit i felt.
At McGraw-Hill, employees are entitled to so called "ANNIVERSARY LEAVE" yearly.
Meaning, say i start wrk on 1st April.
I will be entitled to 1 day anniversary leave nxt April.
This anniversary leave IS NOT included in the annual leave.
Meaning, its a additional leave to us.
Cute right?? Haha.
Also, i was told not to disclose to anyone abt my compensation.
The Co. took it quite serious on this.

Clearer details abt the Co. benefits n all will be brief again.
During the Corporate Orientation Program.
The Co. have orientation program for all new hire.
So cute right.
