"To Marry a Millionaire" = "与百万富翁结婚的事"
I am still awake at this hr.
Was catching a VERY NICE Korea drama.
A MUST TO WATCH [Trust me].
I can't stop continuing.
At episode 8 only thou.
The story is very touching n heart breaking.
Also, the castle at French.
OMG!! It's so so fascinating!!
Not forgetting the actors.
SO CHARMING & HANDSOME!!
Ok. The actress are PRETTY as well.
PS: Val, the '刘PD' really got his moustache shaved in EP 7 leh. HAHA. He look even more charming la. I AM FAINTING ALRDY!!! I think I've fallen in love with him alrdy!! LoL!!

Make a trip down to McGraw-Hill as mentioned e other day.
I alight at Tanjong Pagar.
Shld have alight at Raffles instead.
Is nearer. Or rather, considered very near.
Maybe 5mins walk?
Anyway, had abt an hr briefing session with e HR Manager.
She brief me on the Co. benefits and all.
The Co. benefits is GOOD.
Should not reveal anything here.
Is confidential. :D
But, i shall share just 1.
Just 1 very cute benefit i felt.
At McGraw-Hill, employees are entitled to so called "ANNIVERSARY LEAVE" yearly.
Meaning, say i start wrk on 1st April.
I will be entitled to 1 day anniversary leave nxt April.
This anniversary leave IS NOT included in the annual leave.
Meaning, its a additional leave to us.
Cute right?? Haha.
Also, i was told not to disclose to anyone abt my compensation.
The Co. took it quite serious on this.
Clearer details abt the Co. benefits n all will be brief again.
During the Corporate Orientation Program.

So cute right.

I feel like dying this morning.
Can't get into sleep for WHOLE NIGHT.
Fever and body aching is killing me.
I was still supposed to have an interview this morning.
Also my back treatment.
I got both appt cancelled.
Dragged myself to consult Dr at 9am plus.
I always eat this when i fall sick.
Is yummy to a sick person. LoL.
Thanks grandpa.
Today, is also the day I've been waiting for.
Waiting nervously, anxiously since TUESDAY.
It is the answer from McGraw-Hill [My 2nd interview].
Been placing my phone beside me when i was resting.
Until 2pm plus....my phone rang finally....
and....and....and...
I GOT THE JOB!!!!
How happy am I.
I GOT IT!! I REALLY GOT IT!!
I was so much so excited.
I felt very grateful towards e 2 managers for choosing me.
GOSH!!
Initially i was still worried and have no faith.
Bcoz there are still many other candidates.
Than, i thot if my fever is some kind of bad sign. Haa.
Anyway, i really make it.
Thanks to the 2 managers for trusting me and for giving e chance.
The HR manager will be preparing the employment letter for me.
Where i will be heading to the office in coming week to sign.
Start work only on 1st Apr.

Its a very very big MNC with over 150 years of background?? [not sure e exact age thou].
Well, i actually count myself lucky.
I got both offer from my 1st and 2nd interview.
I turned down the offer from 1st interview thou.
Is also a MNC. But for some reason i didn't take it.
I recommended Lin Qian to that Co.
Good that she got the job.
Alright, now i will go into details of my job scope.
Position Held: Finance Executive
(A) Accounts Payable
- Provide accounts payable support to countries in Asia Pacific including Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Hong Kong, Taiwan, China, Australia, New Zealand, India, Japan, Korea, Vietnam and the Philippines;
- Compliance check on daily reports;
- Error corrections in Lawson;
- Prepare documents to support foreign currency payments;
- Handle queries from Business Units, outsource partner and vendors;
- Report royalty payments and author advancement to IRAS;
- Compile weekly remittance advice summary;
- Apply auto-payments;
- Arrange direct bank debits;
- Provide assistance as and when required to External Auditor, International Forensic Team and Corporate Audit Department.
(B) PIRG (Problem Invoice Resolution Group)
-Resolve PIRG invoices for countries in Asia Pacific including Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Vietnam and the Philippines.
-Report on PIRG statistics.
My job scope seems alien and tough to me. But i'm ready to take up the challenge and will not disappoint the 2 managers! Handling with its branches in Asia Pacific [13 countries] is enough for me to learn. Glad that there is only Asia Pacific that i have to deal with. I think i will be learning alot in McGraw-Hill. I am very much looking forward to it, and is well prepared for the up-coming stress that i will be facing.
My dreams come true. Having the chance to join a big Company, with great career prospect ahead. I own Felicia a meal! I am a happy girl.

Just checked on my GPA result.
My GPA improved TOO!!!!!
Lalalalala.
Ok, actually i felt quite regretful for not putting enuff effort in ITFD.
Bcoz my GPA would have improve even much better.
As this module worth 5 credits so much.
But again. Is fine.
Everything is over now.
E Most impt thing is, i did made an improvement in my result!!! ;P

I reckon the best proof is my ITE result transcripts and my Diploma transcripts. - [一个天，一个地] LoL. - Studied during ITE aiming for Poly. But i did nt cherish. I slacked thru out my poly life. How regretted. But is TOO LATE.

Went town ytd.
With Yanli & Xiuping.
Had an enjoyable day with them both.
Had my back treatment these two days.
IT WAS GREAT!!
I feel soOO good!!
It was the longest treatment i ever had!!
Compared to the past.
The fact is that my condition has turn BAD!!!
That's why it took longer.
My muscles was so so so tight.
Dr Tina uses the Heat Pad on me both ytd n today!!
Ohh mannn...i feel so good after tat.
My neck muscles is still v tight thou.
She gonna use duno wat ICE if it still does nt improve.
And...and...finally!!
Like finally!

Next Saturday.
I miss them!!
